How much historical data is included with the integration?

You can import all your existing Cliniko patients into ActiveCampaign.

For appointments, the integration automatically captures recent and upcoming data as follows:

Past Appointments: Checks appointments from the last 7 days to ensure recent updates or changes are included.

Future Appointments: Checks appointments scheduled ahead based on your specified setting (for example, the next 45 days).

This setup ensures your ActiveCampaign records are consistently up-to-date with relevant appointment information.

Best Practices:

Configure the number of future days based on how far in advance your appointments are typically booked. A higher value (e.g., 45 days) is ideal if you schedule appointments well in advance. To adjust this setting, contact support@apiant.com.

Which ActiveCampaign subscription do I need to run CRMConnect?

You can use any ActiveCampaign subscription that accommodates the number of patients you intend to sync. Simply choose a plan that matches or exceeds your total patient count to ensure seamless integration.

Are ActiveCampaign automations and campaign building included?

No. CRMConnect only interprets and syncs data from Cliniko to ActiveCampaign. This synced data is highly actionable, but you'll need to create your own automations, workflows, or campaigns within ActiveCampaign. If you require assistance, please let us know - we can refer you to an ActiveCampaign specialist familiar with CRMConnect.

What happens to a Cliniko patient with no email?

Patients without an email address in Cliniko cannot be synced to ActiveCampaign, since ActiveCampaign requires an email address for each contact. These patients will be skipped during the sync process.
